Project Motivate started it all. This 3-day retreat covers everything business to rejuvenating your dance teacher spirit.  Be a smarter business owner while you maintain high standards in dance education. Analyze our ever-changing dance world to help you define who you are and the studio you want to direct.

Who can attend: Studio owners who may register their faculty, office employees, significant others or those who have a hand in the business side of the studio.

Wingman for Dance
A chance for all of us to learn classroom strategies and activities to inspire the next generation of compassionate leaders. Youth today are facing a crisis of confluence of image addiction, elitism and exclusion compounded by the disconnect caused by social media. Jessica Michaels and Ian Hockley will share their remarkable passion for using dance to influence a positive future for our students and the world!

Denele Sweet
Denele began teaching to a group of local children out of a garage in Seaside, Oregon. Twenty years later, the studio has two locations with 19 teachers and staff. Her innovative approach to business embraces participants of all ages and abilities. Denele will share secrets to successful after school programs, community performances and a unique preschool performing arts program.
